所谓环境即精神文明建设工作面对的客观条件总和,主要指社会环境。社会环境又包括两个层次,微观环境和宏观环境。宏观环境是指人们所处的一定的社会历史环境,包括国际、国内的政治、经济、文化、思想等状况;微观环境主要指人们生活、工作、学习、活动所处的环境。对于基层精神文明建设来说,要注意把工作的着力点放在为精神文明建设营造良好的微观环境上。
The so-called objective environment, that is, the construction of spiritual civilization confronts the objective conditions, mainly refers to the social environment. Social environment also includes two levels, the micro-environment and the macro-environment. The macro-environment refers to the certain social and historical environment in which people live, including the international and domestic political, economic, cultural and ideological conditions. The micro-environment mainly refers to the environment in which people live, work, learn and act. For the construction of grass-roots spiritual civilization, we should pay attention to putting the focus of our work on creating a good micro-environment for the construction of spiritual civilization.
