为了研究运输胁迫对牙鲆的影响,试验采用模拟国内正常等级公路上运输环境的方法,测定不同运输时间对牙鲆血浆中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)等指标的影响。结果表明:运输胁迫可以明显降低血浆IGF-1、IGFBP-1及一氧化氮(NO)水平,明显提高血浆一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、丙二醛(MDA)水平(P<0.01)。说明运输胁迫通过影响机体的内分泌指标,造成体内的氧化应激,将会对牙鲆的后续养殖造成不良影响。
In order to study the impact of transport stress on Japanese flounder, the method of simulating the transport environment on the normal domestic highway was used to determine the effect of different transport time on the plasma levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), insulin-like growth factor binding protein -1 (IGFBP-1) and other indicators. The results showed that transport stress could significantly reduce the levels of plasma IGF-1, IGFBP-1 and nitric oxide (NO), and significantly increase the levels of plasma nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) (P <0.01). Transport stress through the body’s endocrine indicators, resulting in the body’s oxidative stress, will have a negative impact on the subsequent cultivation of Japanese flounder.
