例一故障现象:每次起动后着车2s便自动熄火。故障检测:首先调取故障码(在圆形9脚诊断座中的第3号脚调取),没有故障码。接上油压表测试油压,在打开点火开关后,油压升至550kPa。当起动着车后,油压很快下降至300kPa,发动机也随之熄火。由此证明,油泵油压均正常。这一现象多为油泵继电器没有收到转速信号而强制油泵继电器停止工作引起的。由这一思路出发,在后防火墙上找到12脚油泵继电器(如下页图所示),在油泵继电器插座的10号脚测量其转速信号,起动发动机至着车可测得此信号为120Hz。
Case of a failure phenomenon: car after each start 2s will automatically turn off. Fault detection: first call fault code (in the round 9-pin diagnostic seat in the first three feet transferred), there is no fault code. Connected to the hydraulic gauge test hydraulic pressure, open the ignition switch, the oil pressure rose to 550kPa. When starting the car, the hydraulic pressure quickly drops to 300 kPa and the engine goes off. This proves that pump hydraulic pressure are normal. This phenomenon is often caused by the pump relay did not receive the speed signal and forced the pump relay to stop working. From this idea, find the 12-foot oil pump relay on the rear firewall (as shown in the following figure). Measure the speed signal at pin 10 of the oil pump relay socket, and measure the signal to 120Hz when starting the engine to the car.
