政府财政投资建设项目是随着我国社会主义现代化经济建设过程发展而来的,是政府发挥宏观调控的重要手段,既可以调节社会资源结构,又能够优化投资结构,培养良好的投资市场和环境。但是在投资项目建设和管理中还存在着很多突出问题,还有很多薄弱环节需要强化。本文主要是针对政府财政投资项目中预算管理工作展开探讨,剖析新形势下,财政投资项目中预算管理工作思路的发展重点,也是提高财政投资项目中预算管理水平的重要途径。
The project of government financial investment and construction has come along with the process of socialist modernization in our country. It is an important means for the government to exert macro-control. It can not only adjust the structure of social resources, but also optimize the investment structure and cultivate a sound investment market and environment. However, there are still many outstanding problems in the construction and management of investment projects, and many weaknesses need to be strengthened. This article mainly discusses the budget management in government financial investment projects and analyzes the development priorities of the budget management ideas in the financial investment projects in the new situation. It is also an important way to improve the budget management in the financial investment projects.
