本文采用德尔裴法,评定出体育学院不同学制篮球课的教学目标;根据决策学和系统科学及现代教学等有关理论,阐明不同学制篮球课教学目标在教学过程中的功能,及篮球课程在体院管理系统中的重要性;明确了目标管理的概念及实施目标管理在篮球课教学改革中的意义和作用;设计出篮球课目标管理系统实施方案,并分析了它的特性.
In this paper, Delphi PEI method is used to assess the teaching goals of different academic basketball courses in PE colleges. According to relevant theories such as decision-making science, system science and modern teaching, the paper clarifies the function of basketball teaching subjects in different academic courses in the teaching process, The importance of hospital management system; clear the concept of target management and the implementation of target management in basketball teaching reform significance and role; design of basketball class goal management system implementation plan, and analyzed its characteristics.
