预制桩施工过程中遇到坚硬地层,桩头破损率非常高,严重影响施工质量和进度。应用聚丙烯纤维混凝土对预制桩桩头进行局部增强,提高预制桩整体抗拉强度,改善其抗冲击韧性和耐打性。现场试桩试验表明相同地质条件下聚丙烯纤维混凝土局部增强预制桩的桩头破损率较普通混凝土预制桩有显著降低。随后进行工程桩推广使用,取得了良好效果。
During the construction process of prefabricated piles, hard formations are encountered and the rate of pile head breakage is very high, which seriously affects the construction quality and progress. Polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete is used to locally reinforce prefabricated pile heads to improve the overall tensile strength of precast piles and improve their impact toughness and puncture resistance. The test results of on-site pile test show that the pile head damage ratio of locally reinforced polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete precast pile under the same geological conditions is significantly lower than ordinary concrete precast pile. Subsequent engineering pile to promote the use of, and achieved good results.
