路桥工程施工投资较多、周期长、施工过程中涉及到许多的专业技术及施工设备,施工现场往往比较复杂,为了确保工程的质量,保证能够在预定工期内完成施工,必须要加强施工管理,本文主要就现阶段路桥工程施工现场管理工作之中存在的一些难点问题进行探讨,分析路桥工程现场施工管理的有效策略。
