不少花键轴类零件采用感应加热表面淬火,取代调质热处理,可以减少能源消耗。但是,现在大多数花键轴感应加热后仍然采用在电炉进行低温回火工艺。实际上,花键轴感应加热中有60~80%热量传入心部,利用这一部分热量对表面淬火层进行自身回火,取消电炉低温回火是完全可能的。本文从测定花键轴自身回火的温度数据入手,探讨自身回火的工艺参数。
Many spline shaft parts using induction heating surface hardening, instead of quenched and tempered heat treatment, can reduce energy consumption. However, most spline shaft induction heating is still used in the electric furnace for low temperature tempering process. In fact, the spline shaft induction heating 60-80% of the heat into the heart, the use of this part of the surface hardening of the self-tempering of the quenching, the furnace is not possible to tempering low temperature is entirely possible. This paper starts with measuring the temperature data of spline shaft self-tempering, and discusses its own technological parameters of tempering.
