热释电流、热释蠕变技术用于研究交联环氧树脂的玻璃化转变松弛过程,采用分部极化法对这一松弛过程进行解析。实验结果直接证明了该转变过程的松弛时间分布非常窄。解析所得各基元过程的分子参数十分接近,表明环氧树脂的交联网结构造成其玻璃化转变过程的运动单元有均一化的特征。以PMMA的热释电流实验结果作为对比,后者的玻璃化转变松弛时间分布很宽,运动单元呈连续分布的特征。
Pyrolysis current, pyroelectric creep technology is used to study the glass transition relaxation process of the crosslinked epoxy resin, and the relaxation process is analyzed by the polarization method. The experimental results directly prove that the relaxation time distribution of the transition process is very narrow. The molecular parameters of the obtained elementary processes were very close, indicating that the cross-linked network structure of the epoxy resin caused the homogeneity of the moving units in the glass transition process. Compared with the experimental results of pyroelectric current of PMMA, the glass transition relaxation time distribution of the latter is very wide, and the movement unit is continuously distributed.
