辅导员的工作职责职业定位不明确是当前高职院校普遍存在而又亟待解决的问题。文章从政治上辅导、管理与服务、心理咨询三个方面对高职院校辅导员的职责与使命进行了探讨,强调辅导员应当加强自身的思想道德修养,不断学习提高理论素养,不断创新工作方法,提高学生管理工作成效。
