我厂使用的数显表,大多为早期的分离元件式PY_2数显表。这种表由感应同步器作为传感元件,输出信号经放大后,送至数显表的转换计数和显示计数器计数,数字管显示出来,为鉴幅型闭环测量系统(附图)。这种表在运行中,抗干扰性能较好。但由于元件质量上的问题,在霉雨季节和暑热天故障率极高。当车间温度达37℃以上时,数显表就无法工作了。即使维修人员尽力抢修也无济于事。厂内几十台数显表瘫在那里,我们心急如焚。数显装置是近代发展起来的一种非电量仪器,是提高
