高速公路桥头跳车是目前国内高速公路建设质量中较常见的病害之一。桥头跳车是指由于差异沉降或伸缩装置破坏而使路面出现显著的纵坡变化,从而导致车辆通过时产生跳跃的现象。复合有机水硬性材料(简称MOH材料)处理桥头跳车技术是在对微表处混合料这种有机水硬性新材料充分理解的基础上进行应用。该工艺采用分步填充,最后整体罩面的原则。该工艺施工简洁,封闭交通时间短,工程造价低,在河南省多条高速公路得到了使用,技术工艺成熟。
Expressway bridgehead jumping is one of the more common diseases in the quality of expressway construction in China. The bridgehead jumping refers to the phenomenon that the road surface has a significant longitudinal change due to the differential settlement or the destruction of the telescopic device, thus causing the vehicle to jump when it passes through. Composite organic hydraulic material (referred to as MOH material) handling bridgehead jumping technology is based on the full understanding of the micro-surfacing mixture of this organic hydraulic new materials based on the application. The process uses step-by-step filling, and finally the overall overlay principle. The process of construction is simple, closed traffic time is short, the project cost is low, a number of expressways in Henan Province has been used, the technology is mature.
