如今国家现代化进程越来越快,人们在注重社会经济发展质量的同时也对水土保持等生态环境问题予以了高度重视。就水土保持问题而言,国家出台的相关法律指明了进行预防保护是一条必须要走的路。文章主要针对水土保持的预防保护策略及措施从以下四个重要方面进行了探讨:对原生态植被进行保护、利用经济杠杆开展生态环境保护、落实各项生态保护工程以及严格监督水土保持相关执法巡查。
Nowadays, the process of national modernization is getting faster and faster. People attach great importance to the ecological and environmental issues such as soil and water conservation while paying attention to the quality of social and economic development. As for the issue of soil and water conservation, the relevant laws promulgated by the state specify that prevention and protection must be a must. The article mainly discusses the prevention and protection strategies and measures of soil and water conservation from the following four important aspects: the protection of the original ecological vegetation, the utilization of economic lever to carry out the ecological environment protection, the implementation of various ecological protection projects and the strict supervision of soil and water conservation related law enforcement inspections .
