随着经济的发展和人们对精神文化的重视,旅游专业得到快速发展。现代旅游专业已成为经济发展的强大动力。旅游专业的发展必然需要高素质的旅游专业人员。但学前旅游专业学生就业形势并不像预料的那样一片大好。本文将对这一问题作出分析,并提出相应改革措施。同时,中等职业学校旅游专业教学应以就业为导向,以培养学生的职业能力为深层目标,抓好实践性教学方式,促进新形势下的教学改革。
With the economic development and people’s emphasis on spiritual culture, tourism has been developed rapidly. Modern tourism has become a powerful driving force for economic development. The development of tourism professionals will inevitably require high-quality travel professionals. However, the pre-school travel professional employment situation is not as good as expected. This article will analyze this issue and propose corresponding reform measures. At the same time, the teaching of tourism specialty in secondary vocational schools should be employment-oriented, cultivate the professional ability of students as a deep-seated goal, grasp practical teaching methods and promote the teaching reform in the new situation.
