自1994年以来,克罗地亚健康保险研究所每年一次招标医院药物供应。血浆衍生物作为重要而昂贵的治疗药物也包括在其中,在克罗地亚注册的药物中根据所提供招标药物的质量和价格作出选择。本研究的主要目的是评价在有限的保健资金条件下,药单对血浆衍生物采用的影响,研究了1994-1998年期间主要血浆衍生物(FⅧ、白蛋白、IVIg)消费方面通过招标达到较低价格的作用。1997年在克罗地亚血浆衍生物的消费是440公斤的白蛋白(89公斤/10~6居民)、13公斤的IVIg(2.7公斤/
Since 1994, the Croatian Institute of Health Insurance has tendered hospital drug supply annually. Plasma derivatives are also included as important and expensive therapeutic drugs, selected among Croatian-registered medications based on the quality and price of the bidding drugs offered.
