目的便捷手术操作，减少并发症。方法对21例21眼复杂外伤性膜性白内障患者行眼前段玻璃体切除及人工晶状体植入术。结果术后视力恢复满意，无严重并发症。结论眼前段玻璃体切除及人工晶状体植入是治疗外伤性膜性白内障的首选方法。
Purpose of convenient surgical operation, reduce complications. Methods 21 patients with 21 eyes with complicated traumatic membranous cataract underwent anterior vitrectomy and intraocular lens implantation. Results satisfactory postoperative visual acuity, no serious complications. Conclusion Anterior segment vitrectomy and intraocular lens implantation are the first choice for the treatment of traumatic membranous cataract.
