在串行流化床化学链燃烧系统上以天然铁矿石作为氧载体,神华烟煤为燃料进行了化学链燃烧实验研究。在不同的进煤速率和温度下共进行累计100h的持续实验,天然铁矿石氧载体表现出良好的持续循环能力和反应性能,其中燃烧效率最高达96.33%,碳捕集效率最高达89.36%。探讨了温度和热功率对燃烧效率,碳捕集效率和 CO2产率以及燃料反应器尾气出口组分浓度的影响。对反应前后的赤铁矿氧载体进行了比表面积(BET)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)表征测试,结果表明氧载体没有出现严重的烧结和团聚。在TGA上对反应前后的氧载体颗粒进行了氧化还原性能测试,反应前后氧载体反应活性没有明显变化。“,”A natural hematite as oxygen carrier (OC) was continuously tested in the interconnected fluidized bed reactor for the chemical looping combustion (CLC) of Shenhua bituminous coal in different operational parameters. The combustion efficiency was up to 96.33% and the carbon capture efficiency reached 89.36% at maximum, which showed the good performance of the natural hematite as OC. The effects of operational parameters, such as temperature and thermal power, on the three criterions (combustion efficiency, carbon capture efficiency and CO2 yield) and the outlet gas composition from the fuel reactor (FR) were investigated. The used sample was characterized by specific surface area analyzer (BET), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). The results illustrate that there is no obvious agglomeration and sintering. The reactivity of the fresh and used OC was examined in a thermal gravity analyzer, which show the reactivity maintained well.
