患者女性 ,43岁。妇检发现盆腔肿物 10天入院。妇检 :子宫轮廓不清 ,盆腔内如儿头大小包块 ,质地硬 ,活动性差 ,无触痛。实验室检查 :血沉 45ｍｍ/小时。临床诊断 :盆腔肿块 ,性质待定。超声检查 :膀胱充盈欠佳 ,子宫回声正常 ,宫体前方探及 15 0× 2 . 7× 15 3ｃｍ实性低回
Patient female, 43 years old. Gynecological examination pelvic mass was admitted to hospital for 10 days. Women’s examination: unclear uterine shape, such as the size of the pelvic mass, hard texture, poor mobility, no tenderness. Laboratory tests: ESR 45mm / hour. Clinical diagnosis: pelvic mass, nature to be determined. Ultrasonography: Poor filling of the bladder, normal uterine echo, exploration in front of the Palace and 15 0 × 2 7 × 15 3cm solid low back
