本文采用自制调查问卷,对新疆各高校2254名在校大学生进行了调查,了解他们对双语教学的认知情况及影响双语教学的相关因素并对结果进行分析。结果显示:25.03%的学生认为中小学有必要开展双语教学,51.66%的学生对中小学阶段开展双语教学持不同意见。学生们普遍认为影响双语教学的因素依次为双语教学制度不完善、学生的汉语水平差、缺乏双语教学的社会氛围、教材选择不合理、教师短缺等五个方面。优化双语教学管理体制,加强双语教学师资培训,选用适宜的教材将有利于提高学生对双语教学的兴趣和学习效果。
This paper uses a self-made questionnaire to survey 2254 undergraduates in Xinjiang colleges and universities to find out their cognition of bilingual teaching and related factors that affect bilingual teaching and analyze the results. The result shows that 25.03% of students think bilingual education is necessary in primary and secondary schools, and 51.66% disagree with bilingual education in primary and secondary schools. Students generally believe that the factors influencing bilingual teaching are: imperfect bilingual teaching system, poor Chinese level of students, lack of social atmosphere for bilingual teaching, improper selection of teaching materials and shortage of teachers. Optimize bilingual teaching management system, strengthen teacher training of bilingual teaching, selection of appropriate teaching materials will help improve students’ interest in bilingual teaching and learning.
