我省货车“外挂”现象已是不容忽视之状。以仙游县为例,仙游县人口总数近百万人,“运输就业人数较多”,拥有运输大县的优势,但自1998年以来,以仙游人为法人代表,在外省份进行个人独资企业营业执照注册的车队,如贵州东南汽车租赁有限责任公司、青海中西特快货运有限公司、内蒙古阿拉善盟物流汽车运输有限责任公司、内蒙古阿拉善左旗顺达运输车队等先后成立,在仙游设址经营,据不完全统计,这四个车单位的车辆总数现分别为1500辆、1100辆、150辆、70辆。
