通过气囊传感法观察了贲门失弛缓症及正常人各10例的食管上、下括约肌及食管体部的运动功能,结果发现贲门失弛缓症食管下括约肌压力明显升高,食管下括约肌松弛率明显降低,食管下括约肌松弛时间明显缩短,食管体部出现病理性收缩波,食管上括约肌功能大致正常。提示贲门失弛缓症存在明显的食管运动功能异常。
