本文应用ELISA法测定了41例儿童病毒性肝炎患儿血清的PHSA受体、抗HBc-IgM和抗HBV-IgM,并用RIA法测其DNA聚合酶(DNA-P)的活性。按病原分型在32例急性黄疸肝炎中有6例为甲肝(18.7%),10例为乙肝(31.3%),10例为甲乙型肝炎混合感染(31.3%),6例为非甲非乙型肝炎(18.7%);5例急性无黄疸型肝炎中判为乙肝3例,非甲非乙型肝炎2例;4例慢性迁延型肝炎全系乙型肝炎。发现PHSA受体,DNA-P和抗HBc-IgM的检测对乙型病毒性肝炎近期感染的诊断,具有特异性和敏感性。
In this paper, the serum levels of PHSA receptor, anti-HBc-IgM and anti-HBV-IgM in 41 pediatric patients with viral hepatitis were measured by ELISA. The DNA polymerase (DNA-P) activity was measured by RIA. Among the 32 cases of acute jaundice hepatitis, 6 cases were hepatitis A (18.7%), 10 cases were hepatitis B (31.3%), 10 cases were hepatitis B mixed infection (31.3%) and 6 cases were non-A non-B Hepatitis B (18.7%); 5 cases of acute jaundice-free hepatitis were 3 cases of hepatitis B, 2 cases of non-A non-B hepatitis and 4 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis. The detection of PHSA receptors, DNA-P and anti-HBc-IgM was found to be specific and sensitive for the diagnosis of recent infection with hepatitis B virus.
