Eye drops are the most commonly used preparations for ophthalmic treatment, compared with systemic administration, eye drops have the characteristics of fast onset, high local drug concentration and ease of use. However, the multi-dose package of eye drops, due to the use of a long time, open many times, there is eye drops drug liquid susceptible to microbial contamination.
