胰腺癌是恶性程度最高、预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一,其相关的分子机制的研究具有重要的临床意义.微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)通过调节基因的表达参与多种生物医学过程,其异常表达与肿瘤的发生发展及预后密切相关.笔者就miRNA与胰腺癌的诊断、治疗和预后关系的研究进展做一综述.
