丽政办发[2011]97号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:市农业局、市财政局联合制定的《关于促进丽水生态农产品营销网点建设的实施意见》已经市政府同意,现批转给你们,请认真组织实施。二〇一一年七月二十五日关于促进丽水生态农产品营销网点建设的实施意见为全面贯彻落实省委省政府《关于推进欠发达地区加快发展的若干意见》(浙委[2011]29号)精神,积极推进我市农业转型升级,全面提升农业产业化水平,现就促进丽水生态农产品营销网点建设提出以下实施意见:
