吴某,男性,6岁。腹部隐痛伴纳减1月余。既往有食生冷瓜果嗜好。体检无殊。血Hb9og/L,WBC6.6×10~9/L,N60％、E8％、L32％,尿常规正常。大便未检出钩、蛔、蛲虫卵。但肉眼可见数条乳白色形似葵花仔仁状、运动活泼小虫。镜下观察虫体为乳白色圆柱状形、前尖后钝,约10mm长,头端有两个黑色口钩、体分门节。在第一胸节第八腹节各有气门一对,侧背面及侧面有分枝棘状突起,为典型肠道蝇蛆幼虫。经服用0.2％敌百虫2周后痊愈,于1个月、3个月和6个月粪便复查未再发现
