进入21世纪以来,我国的市场经济得到了进一步的发展,随着市场化程度的增高,企业的竞争日益加剧,施工企业要在竞争日益加剧的今天,突出自己的优势,获取市场的认可,信息化管理显得越来越重要,而信息化管理也日益受到企业管理者的重视。我国目前的施工企业信息化管理起步都比较晚,与国外比较,信息化普及程度仍存在不小的差距,企业的信息化普及率仍然不高。信息化的投入差距也较大,因此管理效率相对低下,而企业要实现全面信息化管理,包括了很多方面,如企业的人力资源信息化,档案管理信息化,客户管理信息化,市场开拓信息化、分包管理信息化、成本管理信息化等。下面结合施工企业现阶段的信息化管理现状,从多个方面提出进一步提高信息化管理水平的措施。
