近年来,随着教学教育的不断革新,对班主任管理工作提出了越来越高的要求。而班主任与学生接触最多,一旦管理工作不合理,不仅会影响学生的全面成长,还会对学生的学习能力产生不利因素,继而阻碍学生综合素质的培养及提升。因此,新课程背景下如何提高班主任管理能力是目前亟需解决的一大问题。以下就中学班主任管理工作现状进行分析,并提出几点针对性的提升策略,以期提高班主任的管理能力,进一步提高学生的综合素质。
In recent years, with the constant innovation of teaching and learning, higher and higher requirements have been put on the management of the class teacher. Therefore, under the background of the new curriculum, how to improve the management ability of the class teacher is a major problem to be solved urgently. The following analysis of the status of middle school teacher management work, and put forward some targeted strategies to enhance, with a view to improving the management ability of the class teacher to further enhance the overall quality of students.
