Tetracycline has special affinity with living bone tissue. It can be used as a marker to study bone metabolism under different experimental conditions (such as racing, parathyroid glands removal, weight loss on aerospace, etc.), and is also safe and convenient for quantitative analysis. According to the literature we have read, this work was reported by Sissons in the United Kingdom in 1962. Guo Shu-Xia et al. (Hunan Medical College, 1980) reported that human lamellar bone formation rate (tetracycline marker) was 1 micron per day. Shinshiliang reported that in the simulated weightlessness rat bone formation rate of 4 to 5 microns / day; also known as the lowest rate of incisor odontogenesis
