广东省政府日前印发《关于加强历史建筑保护的意见》(以下简称《意见》),要求今年年底前,各地公布一批历史建筑保护名录,2017年年底前基本建立覆盖全省范围的历史建筑保护名录。对具有保护价值而未纳入历史建筑保护名录的,实行预保护制度,保护期内停止一切改造、拆除等损害行为。《意见》提出,到2017年基本建立覆盖全省的历史建筑保护名录,建立保护范围明确、标志说明清晰、记录档案完善、经费保障有力、管理机构健全的历史建筑保护体系和管理机制;到
The Guangdong Provincial Government recently issued its Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Historic Buildings (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”), requiring that before the end of this year, a batch of historical building protection lists should be published in all places, and the historical building protection covering the entire province should be basically established by the end of 2017 List. Those who have the protection value but have not been included in the list of historic building protection shall implement the pre-protection system and stop all the alterations and demolitions during the protection period.
