随着信息技术的飞速发展,当今人类社会已进入了信息时代。信息的高速产生和传播已成为当今社会主要特征之一,人们获取、存储、处理、传输信息的行为已成为最基本的社会行为,人类信息行为对社会产生了巨大的影响。在中学坚持开展信息技术教育已成为教育界的共识,但其中有一个误区是:基础教育界普遍认为中学生学习信息技术就是掌握电子计算机操作技术,忽视了中学信息技术教学的核心是培养学生的信息素质,而信息道德是信息素质的重要组成部分。因此,在中学生中开展信息道德教育,不仅是中学信息技术教育的重要任务之一,也是中学德育工作的新课题,其中包括中学信息道德教育的时代背景、教育目标、主要内容、主要途径等,均是中学德育工作者必须探讨的问题。所以强化对信息道德内涵的认识,分析信息时代对信息道德教育的要求,研讨中学生信息道德的心理结构,确立信息道德教育的目标、内容、途径、方法,对中学深入开展信息技术教育具有重要意义。
