“一年一度秋风紧”。1994年的报刊征订大战更是舆论早、动手早、来势猛。盛夏刚过,有的部门就开始造舆论,9月份便拉开序幕,于是,报刊征订大战成为1994年秋冬新闻出版界最令人瞩目的焦点之一。 我国的报刊大战已持续多年。总的趋势是:都市报纸迅速膨胀,党委机关报受到严重挑战,农民报、农村报纷纷落马。
