目的观察股动脉注射低分子肝素钠治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法对12例老年糖尿病足患者在治疗糖尿病的基础上给予股动脉注射低分子肝素钠,观察治疗后下肢和足部、临床症状、血液流变学以及血流动力学改善情况。结果治疗后患者临床症状、血液流变学以及血流动力学改善明显,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);未发现不良反应。结论股动脉注射低分子肝素钠对糖尿病下肢血管病变具有良好的疗效。能改善糖尿病足的症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of femoral artery injection of low molecular weight heparin on diabetic foot. Methods 12 cases of diabetic foot patients were given low molecular weight heparin on the basis of the treatment of diabetes mellitus on the basis of the treatment of diabetes mellitus. The clinical symptoms, hemorrheology and hemodynamics were observed after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms, hemorheology and hemodynamics were improved significantly. There was significant difference between before and after treatment (P <0.05). No adverse reactions were found. Conclusion Femoral artery injection of low molecular weight heparin on diabetic lower extremity vascular disease has a good effect. Can improve the symptoms of diabetic foot, it is worth promoting application.
