The authors used a single-slice hepatic arterial angiography thin-layer dynamic CT scan (SLDTS-CTHA) combined with histological studies of resected specimens to evaluate hemodynamics of hemagglutinated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) to determine the main drainage of blood vessels. Thirty-two HCC patients with common hepatic arterial angiography found 32 high-density tumors with a diameter of 9-53mm (average 25mm). In SLDTS-CTHA, intrahepatic artery injection of 320mgI/ml of contrast agent (10ml/s) and a layer thickness of 1mm was performed. In 22 cases) or 3 mm (10 cases), images were reconstructed with a 1 s pitch. Histological examination of 40 surgical specimens including 9 cases in this group was performed.
