中共十一届六中全会以来,《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》的基本思想和基本结论可以说经受住了历史的考验,被证明是正确的。伴随着历史的发展,中国共产党对《历史决议》中一些论断的认识也在逐步深化。这主要体现在对十一届三中全会历史地位、新中国成立后29年历史总体评价、社会主义市场经济理论、社会主义初级阶段理论等方面的新认识。把坚持《历史决议》和深化历史认识统一起来,成为我们研究和宣传党史和国史的重要课题。
Since the 6th Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CCP, the basic ideas and basic conclusions of the “Resolution on Certain Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China” can be said to have stood the test of history and proved to be correct. With the development of history, the Chinese Communist Party has gradually deepened its understanding of some of the assertions in the “historic resolution.” This is mainly reflected in the new understanding of the historical status of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the 29-year historical overall evaluation of the founding of New China, the theory of socialist market economy and the theory of the primary stage of socialism. The unification of adhering to the “resolution of history” and deepening the understanding of history has become an important issue for us in studying and propagating the history of the party and the history of our country.
