《中华人民共和国预防未成年人犯罪法》对成年人的行为作出如下规定:父母不能带孩子进入营业性的歌舞厅等场所,这些场所应设有明显的未成年人禁入标志;任何经营场所不得向未成年人出售烟酒;监护人不得让未满16岁的青少年单独居住;成人不能迫使孩子们离家出走,放弃监护职责;离异的父母任何一方都不得放弃对孩子的教育义务;学校对有不良行为的孩子不得歧视;
