本文以筒形件和有凸缘的杯形拉延件为例,分析推导了圆角半径r=0和r=d/2极端情况下,筒形直径d和高h不用中线计算时对下料直径D尺寸的理论影响值。由数学推理得出当h用图纸所注外形尺寸,d用内形尺寸,及h/d=1右右时,筒形件(r用内形尺寸)的计算坯料直径误差ΔD≈1~0.5;凸缘杯形件(r2为外形尺寸,r1为内形尺寸)的ΔD不超过0.5。其影响值与相应的H/d比值有关。
