为了改变平煤集团现有快速装备效率低、质量大、移动不便、工人劳动强度大的现状,在分析了快速钻机技术的机理之后,中国矿业大学和平煤集团合作开发了工作面双孔乳化液防突钻机,并在平煤一矿工作面进行现场实验,结果表明:该钻机安全、可靠,移动方便,而且打钻深度达36 m,是矿上现用钻机打钻深度的2倍,打同样深度的钻孔所花费的时间也缩短了25%~30%,增加了工作面的有效生产时间。
