作者治疗了Ⅰ～Ⅲ期下唇癌132例,年龄34～82岁。病人分3组,第一组60例,Ⅰ～Ⅱ期癌53例,加热和放疗相结合,远距离X线放疗,每周5次,开始每次局灶剂量2.8Gy,第三次放疗前用超高频电流加热,以后每隔1～2次加热1次,每次50～6Omin,共6～7次。不加热放疗日每次局灶剂量4Gy。总局灶剂量40.8Gy(Ⅰ期)至47.6Gy(Ⅱ期)。Ⅲ期唇癌7例,先用远距离γ线疗法,总局灶剂量36.4Gy;后用远距离X线放疗,总局灶剂量24.4Gy。第六次γ线疗法前加热,以后每隔1～2次再加热,共7～8次,每次
