根据《股份制企业试点办法》提出的股份制企业试点的目的在于:(一)转换企业经营机制,促进政企职责分开,实现企业的自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展和自我约束。(二)开辟新的融资渠道,筹集建设资金,引导消费基金转化为生产建设资金,提高资金使用效益。(三)促进生产要素的合理流动,实现社会资源优化配置。(四)提高国有资产的运营效率,实现国有资产的保值、增值。
The purpose of the trial of joint-stock companies proposed in the “Pilotage Measures for Joint-Stock Enterprises” is to: (1) transform the operating mechanism of enterprises, promote the separation of responsibilities of government and enterprises, and achieve self-management, self-financing, self-development, and self-restraint. (B) to open up new financing channels, raise construction funds, guide consumption funds into production and construction funds, and improve the efficiency of the use of funds. (3) Promote the rational flow of production factors and achieve optimal allocation of social resources. (4) Improve the operational efficiency of state-owned assets and realize the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.
