法律规定的乡镇人大代表行使职权的形式是多种多样的,最基本的有:提出议案,审议议案,发言,表决,询问,质询.选举。提出罢免案,提出建议、批评和意见,视察,调查,检查等。每项职权的行使都有一套相应的程序。经过这些年的实践,全国各地的乡镇人大代表已经能够越来越好地行使自己的职权,程序越来越严格,越来越完善。但是,需要完善的方面仍然不少,特别是以下几个方面: 1.提出议案
