从文献计量学的角度对知识管理研究的概念体系、发展前沿加以研究,认为当前知识管理研究存在着4个主要的研究领域,分别体现了不同的知识基础,即:从公司战略的高度认识知识管理;“学习”的相关研究;组织信息处理和IT支持;知识管理的实践。提出应寻找知识管理研究的共同性和对范式进行整合,而绘制知识管理研究的“知识地图”,是知识管理研究整合的最基础性工作。
From the perspective of bibliometrics, this paper studies the concept system and frontier of knowledge management research, and holds that there are four main research fields in current knowledge management research, each of which embodies different knowledge bases, that is, from the knowledge of the company strategy Management; “Learning” related research; Organizational information processing and IT support; Knowledge management practices. It is suggested that we should look for the commonality of knowledge management research and integrate the paradigm. Drawing the “knowledge map” of knowledge management research is the most basic work in the integration of knowledge management research.
