本文报道反复呼吸道感染患儿急性期血清丙二醛含量(45例)与超氧化物歧化酶活性(37例)变化;并与34例正常健康儿童血清丙二醛含量与超氧化歧化酶活性对比,结果显示:反复呼吸道感染患儿急性期血清丙二醛较正常儿者升高,超氧化物歧化酶活性较正常儿酶活性下降;经统计学处理二者相差均非常显著(均为P<0.01)。本文并对自由基与自由基清除剂作了简要叙述和讨论。
This paper reports the changes of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in 37 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in acute stage. Compared with 34 healthy controls, the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase The results showed that the serum MDA level in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection was higher than that in normal children and the activity of SOD was lower than that in normal children. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.01). In this paper, free radical and free radical scavenger made a brief description and discussion.
