随着社会不断的发展,对于人才质量的要求也在逐渐提高,而高职院校在发展过程中主要承担着对学生德智体美全面发展培养的重要责任。高职院校主要通过思想政治教育来优化学生的心灵,虽然说高职院校开展的思想政治教育时已经取得了较好的成绩,但是还有多种原因导致思想政治教育工作不能顺利进行下去,导致思想政治教育偏离“以人为本”理念。要想从根本上解决这一问题,就应该将学生放到高职思想政治的主要核心位置上,以学生为基础开展教学活动,将现有的思想政治教育理念创新、完善,只有这样才能将“以人为本”的真正理念价值体现出来,从而促进学生德智体美全面发展。

If we want to solve this problem fundamentally, we should put the students on the core of ideological and political work in higher vocational education, carry out teaching activities based on the students, innovate and improve the existing ideological and political education concepts, and only in this way can we “People-oriented ” the true concept of value embodied, so as to promote the comprehensive development of students moral wisdom body.
