实习是职业技术教育重要的教学环节。现场实习中教师应善于“因材施教”,指导学生抓住实习中的各种机会,如抓住易损件现场请教,结合现场讲解故障,参与设备的组装过程,寻找废旧零部件学习等等。把“捕捉”有利实习机会的指导思想贯彻到学生实习中去,引导学生在现场实习中眼捷、口勤、多动脑、多提问,以使实习取得丰硕的成果。
Internship is an important teaching link in vocational and technical education. On-site internship teachers should be good at “teaching students according to their aptitudes,” guiding students to seize the opportunities in the internship, such as seizing consumables on-site advice, combined with on-site to explain failures, equipment involved in the assembly process, looking for spare parts to learn and so on. Implementing the guiding ideology of “capturing” profitable internship opportunities into students’ internships leads them to be successful in field internships, to guide students to seeing, practicing, and thinking more in order to make fruitful achievements in internship.
