1.本文为100例胆囊动脉的尸体解剖调查报告。2.有一条胆囊动脉者69例(69%),两条者29例(29%),三条者2例(2%)。3.胆囊动脉起自典型肝右动脉者为多,共72例(1～3支),占72%。其他起源为肠系膜上动脉发出之变异肝右动脉、胃十二指肠动脉、胰十二指肠上后动脉、肝左动脉、肝固有动脉、肝中动脉及肝总动脉等。4.在胆囊三角内可以找到1—3支胆囊动脉者占88%。但胆囊动脉在三角内起自典型肝右动脉者(教科书型)只占45%。5.胆囊动脉的总数为133条,其中38条起在肝总管的左侧,越过肝总管的前方或后方而达胆囊,占28.5%。其中35条过其前方。6.有27条(20.3%)胆囊动脉发出细支进入肝脏。
1. This article is 100 cases of gallbladder artery autopsy investigation report. There were 69 cases (69%) with one cystic artery, 29 cases (29%) with two cases and two cases (2%) with three cases. 3. Gallbladder artery from the typical right hepatic artery were more, a total of 72 cases (1 to 3), accounting for 72%. Other origins of the superior mesenteric artery issued by the variation of the right hepatic artery, gastroduodenal artery, pancreaticoduodenal artery, left hepatic artery, hepatic artery, hepatic artery and hepatic artery.
