一、概述JL150型立式冷室金属压铸机,是为适应我国电影机和照相机工业发展形势的需要而试制的。上海照相机五厂,上海电表厂和阜新仪表专用设备厂共同承担了设计任务。一九七五年由阜新仪表专用设备厂完成了两台样机的试制工作。经国家鉴定,完全达到设计要求。一九七五开始小批量生产。在JL150型金属压铸机的设计过程中,得到了上海科技交流站、济南铸锻研究所、上海压铸机厂的大力支持,我们表示感谢。
First, an overview JL150 vertical cold chamber metal die-casting machine, is to adapt to the development of China’s film machine and camera industry needs trial. Shanghai Camera Wuchang, Shanghai meter factory and Fuxin instrument special equipment factory shared the design task. In 1975, Fuxin Instrument Special Purpose Equipment Factory completed the trial production of two prototypes. The national accreditation, fully meet the design requirements. Small batch production started in 1975. In the design process of JL150 metal die-casting machine, we got the strong support of Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Station, Jinan Casting and Forging Research Institute and Shanghai Die Casting Machine Factory, and we are grateful for that.
