新形势下,随着油田企业的不断开发与建设,职工在油田企业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,随着油田企业改革的不断深入,使得职工队伍在政治业务素质和工作任务之间不相适应的矛盾日渐突出,本文将结合当前工作实际提出加强和改进的方法与对策,对当前企业提高职工队伍的思想政治素质和工作能力具有一定的参考意义。
