目的:从微量元素探讨左归饮增减药物对方剂组成及作用的影响。方法:应用因子分析方法研究左归饮方加减药物后组成结构及作用改变与微量元素的关系。结果:因子分析所得方中药物的组合及作用大小排序与赠与中医方解一致。结论:方剂中药物加减化裁都可能影响方剂的组成结构及作用,这种改变与方剂中微量元素含量配比的改变密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of Zuo Gui Yin on the composition and action of drugs from the trace elements. Methods: Factor analysis method was used to study the relationship between composition and function change and trace elements in Zuoguiyin decoction. RESULTS: The combination of the drugs in the resulting factor analysis and the ordering of the effects were consistent with the TCM prescription solution. Conclusion: The addition and subtraction of drugs in prescriptions may affect the composition and function of the prescriptions. This change is closely related to the change of the ratio of trace elements in the prescriptions.
