随着科技的发展,社会的进步,人们之间的交往日益频繁。如,文化交流、科技合作、商务洽谈、外交谈判等。为了使工作富有成效,就要求人们有较强的语言表达能力,所以现代社会对人才的要求中就有一条:口头表达能力强。人的口头表达能力,并不是与生俱来的,而是在后天的家庭环境、学校教育影响下,逐步发展培养起来的。据有关资料介绍,小学阶段是人的素质发展的最好时机,也是潜能开发的黄金时节。因此,提高小学生的口头表达能力,是时代的要求、社会的需要,是落实素质教育的一个不可忽视的方面,同时也是教师对学生的未来负责的具体表现。
With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the interaction between people is increasingly frequent. Such as, cultural exchanges, scientific and technological cooperation, business talks, diplomatic negotiations. In order for the work to be fruitful, people are required to have strong language skills. Therefore, there is one requirement for talent in modern society: strong verbal ability. The ability of people to express themselves verbally is not born, but gradually developed under the influence of the acquired family environment and school education. According to relevant information, the primary stage is the best time for the development of human quality and the golden season for potential development. Therefore, to improve pupils ’verbal ability is a requirement of the times and social needs. It is an indispensable aspect of implementing quality education and is also a concrete manifestation of teachers’ responsibility to the future of students.
